The SBAF will host it's annual breakfast on Sunday morning from 8:30-11:00. Breakfast for artists (one per booth) are provided free! The cost to the public is $12. All profits support scholarships - and the maple syrup is real!

A taste of the North
The Suttons Bay Art Festival is looking for food booth participants to sell natural, ethnic and home style food and beverages. Only food items may be sold in the Food Tent. Each provider will be approved by our Committee so that a variety of foods are available. Be very specific about the food you plan to serve when filling out your application. Unfortunately, due to Village rules, NO FOOD TRUCKS ARE PERMITTED. Maybe sometime in the future.

Information and Fees:

$50 not-for-profit groups

$175 for-profit groups or individuals, No refunds for cancellations after June 15th
APPLICATION with booth fee DUE BY MAY 31st!

Make check payable to Suttons Bay Art Festival and mail to Suttons Bay Art Festival, PO Box 232, Suttons Bay, MI 49682.

Any additional proceeds from the Festival as a whole are donated to local art, music, and village programs.

Each participant must contact the Health Department. You may need a temporary food service license. Call the Leelanau County Health Department 256-0200.
Rules:

Booths must be set up and selling both days.

This year you must supply your own tent, table and table coverings. All equipment, display, supplies, etc. should be inside your designated space. The only exception – grills/heat source must be outside the tent.

Be ready to sell food during the hours listed above and plan to serve until at least 1 hour prior to the Festival close.

Workers carry your trash and recyclables to the nearby dumpsters.

If you have a heat source or use electricity, you are required to have an appropriate fire extinguisher.

There is no employee/vendor parking allowed in the Marina Lot

Unauthorized vehicles may be ticketed and towed at owner’s expense.

Make sure all workers have read and understand this information.

All trash, supplies and other setup must be removed by 6 pm on Sunday.

Absolutely no food dispensed outside your food tent.

Make sure it can be totally secured in case of strong winds.
